What are STEM Toys?

Are you asking this question, you might be asking if you are unfamiliar with them, but I bet you probably have some in your home. STEM toys are educational toys that are based on science, technology, engineering and math. Do you have any LEGOS? MegaBloks? Building Blocks? Robot? All of those popular toys are STEM toys. Most of these STEM toys have been gifted to my 6 year old son (the rest is on his list), but my 4 year old daughter loves them just as much.
