It’s time for another craft destash and this time I’m going to reuse these cute red buckets. I’ll be honest, I love these little buckets and pick them up all the time. You just never know when you will need one. The buckets can be used for so many things. They saved me many times from having to go out and find something. For the craft destash, I’m going to make 4th of July Party Decorations.

My blogging friends are also creating something out of their craft stash too, I can’t wait to see all the projects for June’s Craft Destash Challenge.

Let’s Create the Best 4th of July Party Decorations
If you want to use the buckets again for another party or just to keep in your craft stash after the 4th of July, you can always create your decor using card stock, hot glue to the buckets and you can easily remove them or use removable vinyl. I’m going to keep these as 4th of July decor so I’ll be using permanent vinyl. I have lots of vinyl in my stash too.
In Cricut Design Space™, I used an image of the vintage red truck. I made the truck blue and added stars coming out of the back. So cute in red white and blue! For the other bucket, I used the Land That I Love from SVG & Me. If you don’t have a cutting machine, you can use stickers to decorate your buckets, rub on transfers or tattoos. Target had really cute 4th of July tattoos in the famous Dollar Spot. I’m now dreaming about what the Target Dollar Spot will have the next time I go.
I cut the designs using permanent vinyl, weeded the designs and used Transfer Tape to add the designs to the buckets.
These buckets are the cutest. For now I will use them for the kids straws on the table and to hold the napkins. Just think of all the fun things you can do with these buckets. They would make great 4th of July Parade Bags too for the kids.
The 4th of July is a time to celebrate our freedoms, our family and the kick off to summer! Make your day special with some red, white, and cute party decor!
