Bring on the Crafts – A Craft & DIY Blog Hop
On the first Wednesday of each month, a group of DIY and crafty bloggers join forces. Together with their hosts Marie & Aleisha from The Inspiration Vault and Habiba from Craftify My Love they bring you the #BringontheCrafts blog hop. Each blogger creates a fun craft or DIY project to share that goes with a monthly theme.
October’s theme is Thanksgiving. Each blogger chooses their own craft or project to make as long as they love it and it’s Thanksgiving themed.
Meet our October Co-hosts!
Becky from The Moments at Home • Jenny from Cookies, Coffee, and Crafts
Heather from Glitter on a Dime • Debra from Shoppe No. 5
Join in on the fun!
If you’re a blogger and you’d like to participate next month, you can request to join our Bring on the Crafts Facebook group. Next month’s theme is Christmas!

Let’s Create DIY Thanksgiving Napkin Rings
In Cricut Design Space™, I found this napkin ring image with my Cricut Access Premium membership. This project is just simple shapes, so even if you don’t have a Cricut or a cutting machine, this can be recreated with craft punches, tracing or a cutting board. All you need is pretty paper to make this napkin ring beautiful.
One of my favorite paper brands is Echo Park and I love the The Story of Fall Collection Kit. I have used this for many scrapbook pages. The paper is quality and since it’s a collection, it makes it so easy to match paper.
Once all your pieces are cut on the Cricut Maker, it’s time to put it together.
This is a super easy DIY (except for trying to decide which paper to use). Do you have a hard time choosing paper? It seriously takes me longer to pick paper, then to create it. I used the photo splits for all the pieces except for the leaf.
To make the leaf stand out, I used square 3 D Pop Dots.
The rectangle piece to wrap around the napkin seemed to big and I like a tighter fit of the napkin ring around the napkin. So I cut off the triangle and used the photo splits to make it fit tighter around the napkin ring, but everyone likes something different. I used the photo splits to attach the design to the holder.
The napkin and the napkin rings give this table setting that homemade personal touch. Do you like to add personal touches to your holiday table?
