Do you love a simple, easy and super cute Dollar Tree Christmas Craft? I sure do! I was inspired by this pin to make an adorable Dollar Tree Christmas tree. My Christmas decor is lacking Christmas trees so this year I’m on a mission to add some. The November Pinterest Challenge Blog Hop hosted by My Pinterventures reminds us all not to just pin, but to create and make those pins we save. It was so much fun to make this Dollar Tree Christmas Decor and it was a quick, cute, and simple DIY project.

Who else loves a good Dollar Tree craft? Everything is from the Dollar Tree except the buffalo check ribbon, it’s from Joanns. I already had the ribbon (it was $5 on sale and I only used a little), the bell, the hot glue gun and glue sticks. The buffalo check ribbon is going fast so I really suggest getting it now if you would like some for Christmas decorating. My farmhouse style Christmas tree is a perfect craft on a budget to make. Did you know you can buy all of these Christmas craft supplies online from Dollar Tree and pick it up at the store?

Let’s Create a Dollar Tree Christmas Decor Idea for a Farmhouse Christmas
To get started put your foam block into the metal bucket. The Dollar Tree has two types of metal buckets, I used the shorter rounder tin bucket for this DIY project. The foam block fits tight in the bucket so just push it in.
Take out your Christmas tree and unfold it and fluff it. Unscrew the bottom of the tree and push it into the center of the foam.
Then when the tree was standing, I added the extra wire evergreen garland ties and just twisted them around the tree.
Use the reindeer moss to hide the foam at the bottom. I put the hot glue on top of the foam block and added the reindeer moss. The moss has such a nice texture and look to it. It wasn’t to messy either. When I made this Easter egg Wreath the moss was everywhere.
To decorate the tree with some simple farmhouse style Christmas decor, I made a buffalo check bow and added a rustic jingle bell in the center. These rustic jingle bells look so pretty with the buffalo check. My Easy Christmas Ribbon Wreath has the buffalo check and the bell too. It’s so cute!
After I added the bow, I felt like the tree still needed something, more ribbon of course. I think I’m going to put the tree as a centerpiece on the kitchen table and since all sides will be seen I just tied ribbon on the branches all the way around.
It’s perfect now! This Dollar Tree Christmas Decor will look perfect in any room of your house and is so simple, quick, and budget friendly.
